How often should I exfoliate my lips?

We recommend exfoliating lips up to 3 times per week.

How long is shipping & what method is used?

Processing time for orders is 3-5 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). These times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks, limited edition releases and promotions. Once shipped, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 business days. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time or international. All orders are shipped via USPS. Please note, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: incorrect address, missing apartment numbers, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays etc.

Can I return or exchange an item?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds/exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations/ returns. CRAVElipcare.com reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time, however, we aim for 100% satisfaction, please email [email protected] for support with any issues.
